Admission Process

Begin your child’s journey at Caleb Children Center by visiting our campus in Gulf Community, Chicken Soup Factory, Montserrado County, to request an Admission Form. Our admissions office is open year-round, subject to space availability, and our friendly staff are ready to guide you through the process.

We recommend scheduling a campus tour during your visit to explore our facilities, meet our dedicated faculty, and learn more about our vibrant school community. Admission forms can also be requested by contacting our office at +231 770283386 or 0886812051. Early application is encouraged to secure a spot for your child.

Our admissions team is committed to making the process as smooth as possible. If you have any questions or need assistance, we are here to help every step of the way.

To complete the admission process, parents or guardians must submit the following documents to the registrar’s office. These documents help us verify eligibility and ensure a smooth transition for your child.

  • Birth certificate (required for kindergarten and elementary students to verify age).
  • Previous school report card or transcript (if applicable, for students transferring from another school).
  • Two recent passport-size photographs of the student for identification purposes.
  • Immunization records (required for kindergarten to ensure compliance with health regulations).
  • Proof of guardianship (if applicable, to confirm legal responsibility for the student).

All documents should be submitted in person or via a designated representative. Our registrar’s office will review the documents and provide confirmation of receipt. Incomplete submissions may delay the admission process, so please ensure all required materials are provided.

For students entering certain grade levels, particularly elementary and junior high, a placement assessment may be required. This simple evaluation helps us understand your child’s academic strengths and areas for growth, ensuring they are placed in the appropriate grade and receive tailored support.

The assessment covers core subjects such as English and Mathematics and is designed to be age-appropriate and stress-free. Parents will be notified in advance if an assessment is needed, and results will be discussed with families to ensure transparency and collaboration.

Our goal is to create a personalized learning plan that meets your child’s unique needs, setting them up for success from the start of their time at Caleb Children Center.

Upon acceptance, parents will finalize the registration process by completing any remaining paperwork and confirming enrollment with the registrar’s office. This step ensures your child is officially enrolled and ready to begin their educational journey.

Students are required to wear the Caleb Children Center uniform, which is designed to be simple, affordable, and reflective of our school’s values. Uniforms can be purchased from designated suppliers, and our staff will provide details on where and how to obtain them. We also offer guidance on sizing and care to ensure a comfortable fit for your child.

Once registration is complete, families will receive a welcome packet with important information about the school year, including schedules, policies, and upcoming events.
